We invite you to be a Sponsor or Exhibitor at TBPA's Annual Seminar on Friday, April 11, 2025, at the Hillsborough Community College - Ybor Camps. If you have registered as a Sponsor or Exhibit, we are grateful for your support of TBPA and the paralegal community.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS must complete the Commitment Form page from the 2025 Seminar Prospectus and email the completed/signed form to Seminar@tbpa.org as part of your official Registration.
We will be utilizing QR Codes at the Registration Check-In Table the day of the Seminar. You will need to show your registration confirmation (either electronically on your phone or paper copy) when you Check-In on Friday, April 11th.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS FOR OUR DIAMOND, GOLD AND SILVER SPONSORS, AND OUR EXHIBITORS:
The exhibitor set up schedule is shown below (please note times may change closer to the date of the event with a notification sent).
SET-UP SCHEDULE:
Thursday, April 10, 2025 -- 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Please do not arrive prior to 5:00 p.m. as there may be other functions in that area! Please do not begin setting up your display until all of the exhibitor tables have been marked with the Exhibitor/Sponsor names.
Friday, April 11, 2025:
All exhibitors may enter at 8:00 a.m., and must be set-up no later than 8:30 a.m.!
SEMINAR EXHIBIT HOURS:
FRIDAY, April 11, 2025 – 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Exhibits may not be dismantled before 3:30 p.m. and must be completely removed from the exhibitor hall no later than 5:00 p.m.
EXHIBIT SPACE: Each exhibit space contains a 4’ table and 2 chairs.
MARKETING ITEMS & DOOR PRIZES: If you choose to do so, please remember to bring your marketing materials and SWAG items for your exhibitor table and a door prize for the door prize drawings.
ADVERTISING COPY: If you are a Diamond, Gold or Silver Sponsor, your advertising copy (camera-ready version) deadline is due by Monday, March 10, 2025. Please see the prospectus for further details.
SWAG for SEMINAR TOTES: If you are interested in donating SWAG items to the Seminar Bags, please let us know. We will be accepting SWAG until Monday, March 10, 2025. You may deliver it to the Attention: Nita Serrano, La Cava, Jacobson & Goodis, 501 E. Kennedy Blvd., 12th Floor, Tampa, FL 33602. If any questions regarding SWAG for the Seminar Totes may be directed to Nita Serrano at Seminar@tbpa.org.
