Regular Entree: Avocado Chicken Parmesan with fresh marinara;  

Vegetarian Entree: Wild Mushroom Ravioli with light cream sauce and tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles.


Entrées served with Salad, Rolls, Iced Tea, and Coffee.  (No Substitutions Please)

University Club Attire Requirement: The University Club asks that attendees adhere to their attire requirements of business casual to semi-formal while attending the TBPA function at The University Club. The Club asks that no t-shirts, tennis shoes, flip-flops, shorts, or blue jeans be worn. If any of these items are worn, you may be turned away by The University Club and no refunds will be offered or given.  


TBPA reserves the right to change/substitute luncheon speakers, topics or entrées as necessary due to unexpected circumstances. Cancellations for paid-in-full reservations prior to the RSVP Deadline will be refunded.  After the RSVP Deadline, no refunds will be provided and payment in full will be due regardless of attendance. Cancellation correspondence MUST be sent to monthlycle@tbpa.org.


PARKING: Please note that parking in the Fort Brooke parking garage (corner of Whiting & Franklin) is at the rate of $2.00 per hour, unless otherwise updated by the Fort Brooke parking garage.  The University Club does not validate parking.  On the third floor of the parking garage, take the walkway to One Tampa City Center. The University Club is on the 38th floor.

SPEAKER'S BIO: 

Katelyn J. Dougherty, Esq., is the founder and managing attorney of Harbour Business Law, a boutique firm based in Tampa, Florida, dedicated to guiding entrepreneurs through every phase of their business journey—from formation and growth to protection and eventual exit.

Originally from Southern Maine, Katelyn relocated to Tampa in 2007 to attend the University of South Florida, where she earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminology and Sociology in 2010. Her legal career commenced in the land use and commercial real estate sector, where she advanced from a legal assistant to a nationally certified paralegal. Driven by a deeper calling, she pursued her Juris Doctorate at Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, graduating in 2018. During her studies, she simultaneously held roles as an Advanced Certified Paralegal, Trademark Specialist, and Firm Administrator at her prior law firm. Post-graduation, she continued at the firm as both Associate Attorney and Firm Administrator, blending her passions for law and business.

In 2022, Katelyn established Harbour Business Law, a rebrand of her prior firm, reflecting her commitment to supporting entrepreneurs. Her practice focuses on entity formation, corporate structuring and governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and intellectual property. Katelyn's unique perspective on business and marketing provides added value to her clients.

Katelyn's dedication to the legal profession and her clients has earned her recognition as a distinguished member of Lawyers of Distinction in both 2023 and 2024. Harbour Business Law has also been a finalist for Small Business of the Year two years running, and has once again been nominated for 2025. She is also an active member of several professional organizations, including Working Women of Tampa Bay, the Tampa Bay Chamber, The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the International Trademark Association.
